The cornerstone of Focaltron's success is the utilization of proprietary laser technology to capture ball and club data. GolfAchiever has set the standard for accuracy within the golf industry due to its revolutionary and unique use of laser technology. Research began in the late 1990's and was refined over many years with the design and testing of 7 prototype hardware configurations. This technology was pioneered by a team of 3 Stanford University PhD professors, led by world renowned scientist Dr. Yi Ching Pao. GolfAchiever continues to set itself apart from the competition due to the award winning team of scientists that are responsible for the development of GolfAchiever's proprietary algorithms. Initial R&D consisted of laser accurate data from over 10,000 golf shots, captured by both human and robotic testing, analyzed by a team of three Stanford University PhD's. Led by Dr. Yi Ching Pao, this team was able to refine GolfAchiever algorithms to a level of accuracy and consistency never before seen in the industry.  These algorithms enable the GolfAchiever to deliver incredibly accurate and consistent data to the thousands of GolfAchiever customers worldwide that rely on it daily in their business applications.
